Thanks for the props and links on Aftermix. I felt forced to comment on the "half-baked" suggestion, though, since I work on the product. :) My comments are here:<br/>http://www.deitte.com/archives/2007/05/details_leaking.htm

Cringely's hypothesis is very interesting, although he seems to think that Apple is going to fill up that hard drive and serve from it without the consumer being much aware of it, which sounds a lot to me like Apple stealing bandwidth. I wonder if iTV's EULA has a clause dealing with the bandwidth issue.

Cuban is full of it on this particular issue. Someday in the not too terribly distant future, we're going to have on-demand IP video into homes. It may have to wait until last-mile fiber is more available or until some further advances in storage and routing are made, but it's going to happen.

Oh and I wanted to suggest you get a user profile going at DailyKos if you haven't done so already, and crosspost your blog entries over there. Should do something to increase traffic growth. Also make sure you link to your blog if you comment at YouTube or at the iTunes store. Other blogs to whore your own blog at: Eschaton (since Atrios is a Philly guy after all), Gawker, Americablog (Aravosis is a scifi fan and a web geek), firedoglake, etc. That's all I can think of for now.
